Although the flexibility of the free market should not be construed as a weakness of the system, it does necessitate that we approach some questions in a less specific manner, by applying general principles. The following ten questions will be addressed.

  1. How would the problem of poverty be dealt with in a free society?
  2. How would population growth be dealt with in a free society?
  3. How would drug abuse be prevented or discouraged?
  4. How would the natural environment be protected?
  5. How would patents and copyrights be handled?
  6. How would children be protected?
  7. How would the rights of the mentally incompetent be protected?
  8. How would criminal justice be implemented?
  9. How would the government be financed?
