Fallacy of Political Reductionism (hint)
"We live in a free society where everyone has the right to his or her own opinion. Your opinion is no better or worse than any one else's. So you have no basis for condemning the Nazis."

The argument begins by noting that everyone has the right to express an opinion—that is, the expression of opinions should be legal. From this observation, it draws the unwarranted conclusion that all such expressed opinions are equally moral or desirable. Which form of the fallacy would lead to this incorrect inference?

Fallacy Form 1 (Inverse):
If X is immoral (or undesirable), then X should be illegal.
Fallacy Form 2 (Converse):
If X should be legal, then X is moral (or desirable).
Fallacy Form 3 (Inverse Reformulated):
If X is moral (or desirable), then X should be legally required.
Fallacy Form 4 (Converse Reformulated):
If X should not be legally required, then X is not moral (or desirable).
