We shall study these two sciences in parallel in two of the remaining three sections of this course, interweaving portions of Section 3 (Ethical Science) and Section 4 (Praxeology). This approach will assist us in grasping certain concepts that are common to the two areas. We will maintain clarity, however, as to which of the two areas is being discussed at any time, always distinguishing clearly between objective and subjective values.

Let us begin this exploration with an introduction to the science of ethics.
